Returned items

**NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGE, STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS‼️ RETURNS WILL BE ISSUED STORE CREDIT ONLY.

WE UNDERSTAND CLOTHING ITEMS MAY NOT FIT AND YOU MAY NEED A SMALLER OR LARGER SIZE. WE ASK YOU MAIL IT BACK ASAP IN ORDER TO RECEIVE YOUR MERCHANDISE CREDIT. 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, and without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale.
2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned 

***Non-returnable merchandise include: ALL WAIST TRAINERS,POST OP SUPPLIES,sale products, formal dresses, bodysuits, bodysuit sets, mask, any sets including a mask and all accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to us.

5. Shipping fees are non refundable.

6.Fashiondollzboutique.com diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.

**Please include your original packing slip so we know who you are. If you've misplaced your packing slip no worries, you may enclose a note with your full name and/or order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a discount code sent via email. 

 

 

All PRE/POST OP supplies such as waist trainers, AB Boards, Sweat creams and wraps, etc. are NON-REFUNDABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of the package being delivered, if not reported within that time frame we will not issue credit, If you have received an incorrect item, Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. SHIPPING POLICY 

We use USPS and UPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $200. Items are verified and processed within 3-4 business days and shipped out (Tuesday-Friday), after the order is received it can take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays.  Express mail 1-2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days). 


TRACKING POLICY

 All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
