Refund and Exchange Policy: Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to have the best shopping experience possible. Please review our refund and exchange policy below:

1. Refunds:

  • Once an order is placed, it cannot be refunded.
  • However, within 24 hours of placing your order, you can make edits or receive a merchandise credit.

2. Exchange Policy:

  • We offer a 3-day exchange policy for online purchases, starting from the delivery date of your item.
  • If you encounter any issues or concerns, please report them within this 3-day period.

3. Size Exchanges:

  • We understand that clothing items may not fit as expected. If the item falls under acceptable return items, you may exchange it for a different size.
  • Please return the item within the 3-day exchange policy time period to receive a merchandise credit.

4. Non-Returnable Final Sale Merchandise:

  • Certain items are non-returnable and considered final sale. These include post-op supplies such as ace bandages, scar creams, sale items, formal dresses, bodysuits, masks, and accessories.

5. Requirements for Returns and Exchanges:

  • Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, no signs of deodorant stains or marks will be acceptable and in a condition suitable for resale.
  • All tags must be attached and in the original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges for items that show signs of wear, fragrances, or smoke.
  • Customers are responsible for the shipping fees to return items, and these fees are non-refundable.

6. Process and How to Initiate a Return:

  • Report defective items within 24 hours of delivery to receive a merchandise credit.
  • Returns must be pre-approved and shipped to our designated return address.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@fashiondollzboutique.com with your request.
  • If approved, ship the package back within 2 days, including your original packing slip or a note with your full name and order number.
  • A merchandise credit will be issued to you as a discount code via email.
  • Please note that unauthorized returns will not be processed, and the customer will bear the shipping fee to return the item back to them.

SHIPPING POLICY 

We use USPS and UPS shipping. Shipping is FREE if your order is over $200. Items are verified and processed within 3-4 business days and shipped out (Tuesday-Friday), after the order is received it can take up to 2-5 business days to be delivered. Shipping times are estimated and are not guaranteed, as there may be delays.  Express mail 2 business days (Guaranteed within 2 business days). 


TRACKING POLICY

 All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 3-5 business days or sooner.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
